This gentle combination of organic french lavender, coconut milk powder, and oats help ease tension, lesson feelings of restlessness, and helps to promote a tranquil sleep as part of a calming nighttime routine. Gentle enough for sensitive skin and suitable for children.

Ingredients: Coco Nucifera Fruit (Coconut) Milk Powder, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride (Ancient Pink Sea Salt), Clitoria Ternatea (Butterfly Pea Flower) Powder, Lavandula Angustfolia (Lavender) Flower Extract, Ipomoea Batatas (Purple Sweet Potato) Root Powder.

Instructions: Place entire tea bag into running bath water and leave for entirety of bathing experience. Alternatively, open bag and empty contents into running bath water. Compost bag after in green bin or garden.
