These are great, they last longer than other menstrual items which is awesome if you're prone to forget to change often enough or have busy days. I like that it's better for the environment and isn't made from harmful materials. The only issue is, despite being quite good at applying them by now (this is my third cup), there is leakage enough that I wouldn't feel comfortable without a liner. It still beats other options, though I wish it could stand alone.
